Sound Bath

Contraindication / Safety 

Please read carefully:

Contact your GP before booking a sound bath you are pregnant, receiving medical treatment, are taking medications or have a long term illness.

Contraindication:

Mental health conditions - individuals with severe mental health issues or those who are not managing their conditions effectively should consult with a healthcare provider before attending a sound bath, PTSD - Psychological Triggering, severe anxiety - The immersive nature of a sound bath may trigger uncomfortable emotions or memories for some individuals, particularly those with history of trauma, Bipolar Disorder - manic episodes /Schizophrenia, Sound sensitivity or neurological conditions - the intensity of the sounds and vibrations can be overwhelming for some, especially those with sound sensitivity or certain neurological conditions.

Epilepsy/seizures which may have been triggered by sound. Autism, pacemakers, heart conditions, hearing aids - hearing loss, you require lifesaving medication due to allergies. 

High-risk pregnancy - Pregnancy especially first trimester - consult a healthcare provider before participating in a sound bath, Tourette syndrome, Tinnitus or other sound sensitive condition - Sensory Overload - especially those sensitive to loud or unexpected noises. 

Metal implants -  some uncertainty exists about the effects of sound healing on individuals with metal implants, so it's wise to speak with a medical professional beforehand. A bone fracture - broken bones. 

There are only a few rare cases where sound therapy may not be suitable but it is always best to check if you are unsure.

In most instances it is simply a matter of adjusting sound levels or moving you further away from the instruments for your comfort. Clients with PTSD, depression, mental health conditions, metal implants and tinnitus have been able to enjoy the benefits of my sound baths.

It is important that I am made aware of any of the issues listed above so that I  can decide if a sound bath is the right thing for you at this time.

Our store is hosted on WIX.COM. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

If you use our website, we may place and access certain cookies on your computer or device. These may be first party cookies placed by us and used only by us or third party cookies. You can enable privacy settings in your browser to restrict tracking cookies. Because we respect “do-not-track” privacy settings, those who opt-out may show open and click activity but will not have activity tracked.

We reserve the right to  restrict or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice if we have suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour.

Online Store Terms 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 

You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). 

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. 

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. 

General Conditions

Once you have submitted an order for products, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. You will receive a further e-mail from us once the goods have been dispatched from us (at this point a binding contract will be concluded between us).

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline that you have specified.

Please note we are unable to cancel or amend your order during peak periods.
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. If you wish to make a change, we will let you know if the change is possible and about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of the requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. 

For all deliveries, please follow Shipping Policy. Deliveries are made via Royal Mail unless over 4kg where another courier service will be used. Delivery times may vary. Free 2-5 Working Day Delivery is valid on orders over £30. This is subject to change during peak periods. Please note that our 24H Tracked Royal Mail  is not guaranteed, a delivery attempt will be made where possible and a signature may be required upon delivery.

If you wish to change an address or cancel an order please contact us on: sales@luminessencenaturals.co.uk within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please be aware that we may not be able to cancel or amend orders during peak periods.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

When booking a sound bath or Reiki session you agree: 

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. 

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.   

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. 

Luminescence Naturals Ltd. reserves the right to terminate your booking or refuse your entry in the instance of:​

• any illegal activity or occurrence

• unauthorised activity

• inappropriate activity or behaviour

• disturbance or nuisance in any form

• Intoxication ​

• Severe mental health occurrence

• Dizziness or Nausea 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. 

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.   

Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information  

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. 

Modifications to Services and Prices 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.   

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.   

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

When you conduct a booking on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account or booking, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us sales@luminessencenaturals.co.uk that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.   

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement - booking at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Sound Bath / Reiki Sessions​ Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

Payment

All group sound bath event and individual appointments must be paid in advance no later than 48h before your appointment/event. 

All prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling. No other currencies accepted.

All group events at Camyoga in Cambridge are organised by Luminescence Naturals Ltd. 

Sound Baths events are non-refundable. However,  you may wish to gift your space to someone else. In case you gist your space to someone else please contact us via email: sales@luminessencenaturals.co.uk

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

Contact sales@luminessencenaturals.co.uk  if you wish to cancel an appointment.

Cancellation for an individual session - Reiki or 1:1 Sound Bath is required no later than 4 days before your appointment - a refund of 50% will be offered. No refund will be offered 3 days before the individual appointment (1:1 Reiki or a private Sound Bath) but you may wish to gift your space to someone else or reschedule your session. 

 

You will receive a full refund if the event or appointment is cancelled by Luminescence Naturals.

 

Group event instructions:

Clean Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and cushions will be provided. Water will be provided. However It is advisable to bring a water bottle and eye mask (optional) - disposable eye mask will also be available. 

You need to arrive 15 minutes before the specified start time. There will be no late entry once the session has started.

Mobile phones and any other electronic devices must be switched off during the event.

If you find it difficult to lay on the floor a chair can be provided if you give advance notice.

Avoid the use of strong perfume, deodorant or aftershave for the comfort of others.

Avoid eating heavy meals before the event. 

If you tend to fall asleep, use an extra pillow to raise your head or lay on your side to decrease the possibility of snoring and distracting others.
You will be asked to remove your shoes on arrival at the centres.
